Where We Ship
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment — but we’re working on it!
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another when it’s shipped.
- During high-demand periods (new launches, sales, etc.), processing may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!
Delivery Timelines
- Delivery time typically ranges from 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote areas or seasonal delays may result in longer delivery times.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Occasionally, we offer free shipping as part of special promotions. Stay tuned on our social media pages!
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- If you don’t receive a tracking update within 7 days of ordering, please contact us at info@antariksh.in with your Order ID.
Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but hasn’t been received:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
- Provide your Order ID, photos (if applicable), and a short explanation.
- We’ll investigate with the courier and do our best to resolve the issue.
