Order Cancellation
- Cancellations are only accepted if requested within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at info@antariksh.in with your order number and subject line: “Cancellation Request – [Order ID]”.
Refund Policy
We follow a no-refund policy unless:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
In such cases:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Please include clear photos of the item and packaging when emailing us at info@antariksh.in
After review and approval, we’ll offer:- A replacement (if stock is available), or
- A full refund to your original method of payment.
Please note:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify.
- Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect sizing ordered by customer (please refer to the size chart before buying)
- Late delivery due to courier delays
