Hey folks, hope it’s going great. Just wanted to take some time out and update you on what have we been up to recently. Having taken a vacation in the relatively calmer summer time, we’re back in action with all guns blazing. 2014, so far has certainly been a fantastic year for us. Of all the gigs we played in January, the ones at TEDx SGGSCC, IIM Rohtak, and IIIT Delhi have been the most amazing ones. And one song that undoubtedly makes the audience go crazy at every concert is our version of Dil Chahta Hai (Title Track). A groovy song with a really wide chorus, nice chords, groovy bass lines, and an edgy, bluesy solo, if we were to define the genre, ‘Hindi Rock’ in one song, Dil Chahta Hai would be that song. Noori’s coke studio version of Saari Raat undoubtedly has to be our favourite song from Season 2 of Coke Studio, Pakistan. When we formed the band last year and thought of picking up a song to cover, Saari Raat was indeed our very first choice. It’s a song that suits Antariksh’s edgy, progressive Hindi Rock style very well.
